Change of Management at Fortuna Maschinen GmbH: Stefan Windhaber becomes part of the management board
The Koenig Group, a leading manufacturer of bakery machines, announces a planned change in management at Fortuna Maschinen GmbH: Stefan Windhaber will join the company's management team in March.
Stefan Windhaber has held various positions within the Group since 2012 and has extensive experience in technology and employee management. Most recently, he was Managing Director of Katz Metallguss GmbH, a foundry belonging to the Koenig Group. In his new role at the Bad Staffelstein-based bakery manufacturer, Stefan Windhaber will make a significant contribution to the further development and strategic direction of Fortuna.
He succeeds Josef Hefner, who is retiring. Together with Klaus Gasser, Stefan Windhaber will complete the management team.

Fortuna is one of the oldest manufacturers of bakery machines in the world. Since 1887, the name has stood for technical know-how and product quality. The company develops and manufactures machines for the production of bread rolls and employs around 70 people in Bad Staffelstein in Upper Franconia. Fortuna Maschinen GmbH has been part of the global Koenig Group since 2019.
