For cleaning baking accessories it takes not only an immersion bath but, much more important, a suitable detergent is required, which in our case can be used pur and can be diluted and returned to the wastewater.

Because no water is added to the cleaner, the operating time is given for a longer thaw period, and the immersion temperature is only max. 40°C, which has an energy-saving effect and does not attack the aluminium even during longer immersion times.
