Rotary stenciling upgrades (RST)
Since the invention of our rotary stenciling machine (RST) in 1990, we have been continuously expanding our knowledge and ideas. Among other things, we now have the option of applying chocolate and cream – either directly to a belt or a product.
Existing systems can also be upgraded to apply these materials with minimal spare parts.
Strewer Upgrades (ASM)
With our precise product strewer, we can now adjust the quantity via a servo drive instead of a template, as was previously the case. In addition, we enable special shaking movements or other dosing cycles that can achieve a favored effect.
Flipping Machine (TPA)
With the "Flipping Machine" you can turn products directly on the oven belt. Reisdorf AG invented and developed this unique system. After the successful installation and commissioning, we are now looking for new, exciting projects – for example, the turning and stenciling of any shape with chocolate, cream or other materials directly on the oven belt.
