Dipping System for Donut, Berliner, Cakes and more

The traversable material tank ensures optimum glazing material flexibility, as it can be used for a wide selection of glazes through to viscous coating media such as fondant. The machine comes in various modular-based machine sizes and can be used to process frosted or fresh backed products.

Our latest development was based on the example of a tried and tested manual process for which we developed an automated solution. In order to prevent marbling or drip formation and ensure a clean glazing edge, the products are safely held by a gripper and dipped into a product bath. This patented process is the only one of its kind to produce a perfectly glazed edge.
