Spiral Cooler for bread loaves. Out of the oven, products gets on the mezzanine where the spiral is installed, with our custom made elevator conveyor belts. Once cooled in the oval spiral, loaves gets through a metal detector and down to the packaging zone. Stainles Steel wire mesh ensures maximum air flow all around the products to otimize the cooling process.
