The GenussGARTEN Alm is the new centerpiece of iba 2025 – a unique combination of innovation-driven food court and evening event venue, created by HACK AG in cooperation with iba.
Situated at the heart of the outdoor area between the halls, the Alm offers a world of culinary enjoyment where premium products, future-oriented concepts, and strong partnerships take center stage.
During the day, the Alm provides space for culinary variety, tasting stations, product showcases, and relaxed encounters in a welcoming alpine atmosphere. It’s a place where industry professionals come together, explore new ideas from the bakery, confectionery, and snack sectors, and experience hands-on inspiration and enjoyment.
In the evening, the Alm transforms into an exclusive event location for up to 1,100 guests – with a vibrant atmosphere, live music, and carefully selected food and drinks. Each evening has its own character:
18 May: iba.BÄCKER PARTY – Helau! – A festive evening for artisan bakers.
19 May: iba.NETWORKING NIGHT – The evening event for all visitors.
20 May: iba.EXHIBITORS' NIGHT – The official evening for all exhibitors.
21 May: Bakers Night – A celebration for both visitors and exhibitors.
