Description

We will present a total solution for your products on our shared stand. Our process knowledge (Bakery Academy) lies in developing new recipes together with the customer, possibly on a small lab scale, and perfecting the recipes for the longest possible shelf life. In the preparation and aeration of basic ingredients (Trefa Continuous Aerating Systems), we have more than 60 years of experience in customer-specific machine building. After preparing the basic ingredients, it can be made in any specific desired shape (Wymbs Engineering Ltd.). Together, we can deliver a total solution in which we relieve you as a customer by perfectly matching both recipes and machines.
