Milkylab , located  in Modena Italy has been producing systems for the food industry, for bakeries,  pasta factories, and for the dairy sector for over 40 years.

The company's experience is evident in the high quality of automation, in the high levels of engineering, and in the performance of the machinery it produces.

The LAB 18 kneading  - cooker can work with  hot or  cold  process  with dosing of ingredients  completely automatic.

Production capacities from 100 kg to 600 kg per batch.

The production process is fully  arrangement for CIP washing

Siemens PLC for recipes management and daily control of the production data for Industry 4.0

The range  of products that can be produced  with the LAB 18 kneading- cooking  are:

Bread

• Pasta

• Potato gnocchi

• Gluten-free products.

Our line allows you to make various recipes and work with many doughs that require different production processes including:

doughs with sourdough

• pre-fermented doughs

• doughs with organic or gluten-free ingredients

• doughs with a high percentage of water (highly hydrated)

• doughs with low salt content
