Aria Constructeur is a French company that manufactures and supplies equipment for the bakery-pastry, industrial and food-processing sectors. Its main activity is the manufacture of manual and motoriSed elevators and loaders, adaptable to all types of bakery ovens.
Aria constructeur designs and manufactures equipment to improve load transfer in artisanal and industrial bakeries.
Our products are designed for artisan bakers, industrial bakeries, supermarkets and mills.
Our company has two activities :
We are specialists in the manufacture of elevators and loaders for bakery ovens, which can be adapted to all types of hearth ovens. This activity currently accounts for 60% of our sales.
We offer two ranges of machines :
- The range of manual elevators, scissor-type, column-type, with also integrated elevators
- The range of motorised elevators, for which we have two types of product : a scissor-type elevator and an integrated elevator.
Our second activity is to offer solutions for the storage, transfer and weighing of food powders, mainly flour. For these solutions, we design and manufacture flour silos.
Today, 25% of our production is exported to some thirty countries worldwide.
All our products are manufactured in our factory, based in Vieillevigne, south of Nantes.
We have a production section with welding capacity for steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Then we have a section devoted to elevator assembly. Once produced and painted, the various parts we produce are assembled, checked and tested, then shipped. In the assembly area, we have our own sewing workshop, where we make all our belt's loader, as well as other bakery-specific cloths.
We have a design office dedicated to the conception of our products, working closely with the production and technical managers to improve our products!
Our strength today is that we are a human-sized company. This enables us to be close to our customers, and to provide them with a personalised service adapted to their needs, whether in sales or after-sales.
We also have a team of technicians who specialise in installing and maintaining our products, and who also provide training in the use of our machines for our customers and distributors.
