For refining the ingredients we use the low speed ball mill technology. This technology achieves final fineness under 18-20 microns, keeps appropriate flow properties for the chocolate and temperature under control.
We also supply small plants bean to bar from 5 kg/h up to 300 kg/h for artisan high quality chocolate production, starting directly from cocoa beans.
